did a double app when my EXP recently updated

approved for AMEX CM 4k SL 15 mo 0 apr
and
Apple card 5k SL (was 6k offer before update but after score went up and debt went to 0, SL went down 1k?), cool with it however was wondering if they started reporting to CBs yet
