Re: Apple Card Approval and Question

Without an Apple device, there is little reason to get the Apple credit card. On its own, it is mediocre at best, and it is no stretch to say it is a very weak card. It is redeemed by the benefits when it is combined with an iPhone.

So I just got approved for an Apple Card with a 4k SL, pretty happy about it. The thing is though is that I don't have an apple product, iPhone or iPad to request the physical card for use. Is there a work around for this? Or am I going to have to borrow someone elses hardware for this?

I was thinking the cheapest iPod Touch could probably work and then you could just use the card normally in physical form. You can also log into your account online after that. The only thing is it's Wi-Fi only but I'm not sure if you want to go that deep into the Apple ecosystem.

Edit: turns out the Touch doesn't support Apple Pay, so like others were saying, just go with a cheaper older iPhone or something like the base model iPad if you want something newer.
