I had no reason to apply for this. I was buying an IPOD shuffle in purple. And the free 6 months financing showed up if I get the card. It asked how much I was purchasing and i said below $500...the only choice for $50. Approved for $700 instantly!

Scores b/n 650-700 depending on the credit reporting bureau...no baddies, LOTS of inquiries..like 13. And about 6 new accounts in the past 6 months. I'm surprised actaully.

Best Buy is a funny thing. I can't get past $400 CL but hubby gets an increase every time I hit the button and is up to $4800 so far.
