I just logged on to my new Amex online account and it shows a member since date of 2014. 

I thought I had locked in MSD of 2013 since I was added as an AU account in 11/2013? 

How can I get this changed to 2013?

Contact them and tell them you've been a member since 2013.

Yes, I did have an online account for the AU card. I made a new online account for my personal card. Does that make a difference?

It shouldn't - add it to your other account and call them to make sure their records are updated.
