Thanks for the HSBC reminder. I've set that card aside waiting to hear if it would be converted to Citizens or Cathay Bank. After reading your post I logged in to chat and was told my card would remain with HSBC so I asked for a CLI and also got 1k. It's been slow moving but I might as well keep it. Time to use the card now.
