Use it and pay it off you may get an auto CLI in 7-9 months. 1 yr before asking for CLI or 2nd card is the norm with Disco.

If you are referring to applying for a new card, it is 1 year from what I've seen. You can apply for and get approved for a 2nd Discover one year from the day of opening the 1st. Same goes for CLI. It appears they may have changed it so you cannot request a CLI for the first 12 months after opening a new card.
After that, I think it is every 30 days you can request a CLI but once approved for 1, there is a 6 month window before the next one. Someone else may have to clarify on those data points, but that is what I remember it being.
Correct info on the 12 month window for applying for a new card, also correct on having to wait the 12 months to initiate a request for your first CLI. Once they open the option to request the CLI however, there is no longer a timeframe as to how long you have to wait to request another one, wether they approve you or deny you. There is no 6 month waiting period. I request twice a month sometimes when denied. When they approve me I ask again the day after my next statement closes. Different people use vastly different approaches so you will see widely varying opinions of what makes them tick. CLIs are completely hard to determine from them, and drastically different techniques seem to work for different members so DPs from someone else's success story of a Disco CLI may serve to be completely irrelevant to your own. Congrats on your approval. I find them to have good customer service and they seem to have pretty relevant 5% categories.

As of late, Discover seems to have individuals wait 1 year for a credit limit increase. hopefull soon we will have some members on this forum prove this wrong.
