Hi all,
I have been stewing about the way GS (apple card )has been treating me for almost two years. I cannot seem to get a cli on the card. I know I am being emotional, but I feel like GS has dumped me in text. I have decided to ghost GS in return. 
I am going to close the card. But I didn't want to reduce my overall credit, so long story short, I applied for the Alliant CU Signature Visa to replace my apple card.
I have had a checking and savings account open with Alliant for a bit over a year, with minimal money kept in it. I never applied for their cards while I opened the checking and savings, but always intended to at some point.
I applied last night and the underwriters reviewed my application this morning.
Data points:
Income 185,000 a year (I didn't put my bonus or stock grants in as income)
TU fico 758 (per alliant disclosure when I applied)
Inquiries on TU: 8 overall, 3 in the last year.
utilization: 10%, no card over 12%
student loans: (don't ask! lol HUGE six figure lifetime burden)
The underwriters asked me what my student loan payment will be once I get out of the automatic covid deferral. Once I answered that, I was approved for 10k at 13.24%. So, the signature visa is now being approved at less than 15k.
Anyway, let me know if you want more data points. I am off to break up with GS and the apple card.

@greatscott85, No HP for Membership! (I do not even see a SP on EQ). ...TU HP for The Visa card.
