I contacted both Chase and Amex right after the approvals to ask for my new cards to be expedited. Chase said since it's my first account with them, it'll take 4–5 days. However, my card arrived via UPS in 2 business days. Amex said they couldn't expedite a new account, so it arrived today via snail mail 6 business days later.
After I activated my Amex BCE, I set my alerts and then gave the 3X CLI a shot immediately. I did the request online and was instantly approved bringing the CL to $12,000. (Amex did not backdate my BCE even though I have the TrueEarnings Card as an AU.)
