Arvest True Rate Card Approved with Not So Good DP's

I and DW apped for the Arvest Bank True Rate Visa. I was approved for a $10k and DW for $15k. 

They pulled Transunion and my score was 680. DW's was 686. I had 27 inquiries and DW had 18.

We had been busy the last two years with a mtg refi and a heloc loan, car refi, some personal loans and credit cards.

I have 24 new accounts in 24 months and DW 14. I have a maxed out card showing on my report that has been paid in full

but hasn't updated yet. I was very surprised I was approved let alone $10k! 

The card has 12 months 0 interest. Apped on Friday the 13th and card arrived on Tuesday the 18th. I believe they are available in all 50 states.
