Opened this back in January to make a small purchase they gave me $1200 initial CL... Have tried to increase CL ever since with nothing but denials. So here we are 7 statements in they won't increase up until this point. Went through website, asked for 5k they countered with $2400 CLI which put me at $3600. I was just messing around on my phone later in the day and tried CLI again through the APP this time for the heck of it, asked for 15k CL and they countered with $3900 CLI which puts it at $7500 now. So $6,300 total CLI for today just for asking twice. Synchrony is so weird.
I feel like I could probably call in and get more, but don't want to press my luck today. I rarely if ever shop at Ashley Furniture and also have a Synchrony Home card which essentially does the same thing, but sometimes there's better finacing deals on the actual Ashley branded card.
