Aspire Amex $14000 CLI!!! Thanks everyone

90DB65E6-1CB4-44E5-A5E9-EA68CDCC7E23.jpeg

With the knowledge I've gained from this site, this definitely would not have been possible, so I sincerely thank everyone. Finally got into the Amex family in April, and I have biding my time waiting for that 61 day marker to request if not a 3X CLI but at least up too 35,000. After reading the main Amex CLI thread awhile back, I knew some are able to get a CLI after being approved; that wasn't the case with because I was denied with having reason being I just opened an account. I even got greedy and tried applying for the BCE after Aspire approval, but nope, no cigar. After quickly getting over and humble accepting I got into Amex with the Aspire $20000 SL, I made sure to focus on fulfilling SUB requirements and making general use of the card. I realized today that I was past the 61 day mark, and went for 35,000 CL, knowing that any request than that would generate a POI - denied, got the 7-10 letter reply. I was like darn, no biggie even though I was bummed, then I'll just what 91 days. But it came to me, I should probably recon the denial and see what happens. Rep told me they need POI and I said fine no problem. After I got off the phone, I quickly went back in and requested $34,000 limit instead of the $35,000 then BOOM LOL APPROVED! With wifey sitting next to me at the kitchen table, I was yelling THANK MYFICO MAGIC Smiley LOL. She said be sure to thank her too because it's due to her I even know about the site, which I did and it's 100% true lol. Thanks again to all those who have taken the time to post DPs because without I wouldn't have been able to take advantage of that knowledge today!

Some DPs -
Aspire Amex $20000 SL with $14000 CLI for $34000 CL. FICO 8 EQ 734 TU 742 EX 723 with high income. Scores have dropped considerably with new accounts being added, such as AOD and car note.

Re: $14000 CLI!!! Thanks everyone

Thanks everyone. Really amazing feeling that I've been able to achieve this. I remember when I couldn't even get subprime cards to even give me even a $500 CL, now this. Truly grateful...
