Re: BBVA....$6000cl!

Congratulations on your approval!! Go ahead and get rid of that First Premier. No need for any of it. You have plenty of cards to cushion any drop in age when it falls off in 10 years. In the meantime, it will continue to count towards age (CK won't count it, but that's Vantage, not Fico).

Nice.

Got a mailer on my dining room table that I haven’t tossed.  I may go for this in a few weeks.

JNA sold me on this card 😀.

Re: BBVA....$6000cl!

Hey I thought it was junk mail......I get plenty of that.   Then I remembered seeing the name on myfico......did some researching on here and found it to be legit.  I didn't even know if it was a **bleep** bank or not!  lol   So after a day or 2 I went ahead and pulled the trigger.  Didn't have to open up a checking account or nothing.  Did application using reservation code online and.....BAM....APPROVED!   I'm going to use there 12 month no APR balance transfer with this card.  Came in handy too esp with the limit.  My scores are around 680ish.

I have since opened up a checking account with $25 just so that I can make payments and I'm thinking of getting rid of one of my Credit Union accounts since they don't like giving me any credit cards.
