BILT MASTERCARD APPROVAL

Put in app on July 7 and came back under review. Got a letter today saying they were unable to very my information and to give them a call. Called and went through some verification questions. Rep said it will go to review team after answering questions and we hung up. About 30 minutes later received email with $5000 approval. Is this card mainly to pay rent or how do most use their card? Thx

I know you can pay rent with it but can you pay or mortgage payment as well? Think I just need to read up on it more. My rate was not that good I assume because of my score or is 29% their normal rate? Do they ever lower the rate as score increases?
