Fico score 742 - 767.

DPs: recently sold my home due to divorce and now renting. This will complement my amex platinum.

12% untility.

income was down last year at $122K from $135 in 2021.

lots of open cards.

@Kayo Yes! and there are a few other perks on certain days of the month to increase points mulitpliers if done right.

@slickwidit I'll have to look into that if they don't charge you a fee to cut a check. I'm renting for the next year and points on that could easily pay for something nice.

Yes it will! I like Bilts' transfer partners for hotels.
