Applied for this card four months ago and was denied because of too many inquiries, recon failed as well. Applied again a few days ago and was denied, this time the recon was successful apparently, just got an email stating my card is on the way. I called and spoke with customer service and it's only a 1k limit but that's fine with me, I'm just glad the HP wasn't wasted again. I'm not sure how the recon was successful this time considering I had another 5 HP's on the same day that I applied for this card again, sometimes this credit game is just bizarre.
I really like the way this card works, when they say you must pay over the minimum, does literally one cent over (not that I'd do that) count?
Congrats on getting in with boa with the bbr card!
Congrats on the BofA approval!
I'm not really sure 1 cent counts. Never tried it.

Congrats on your approval!!! The card will grow with you as long as you treat it well. I took advantage of the BT offer, so I will be paying $100 a month until the balance is PIF. There are several posts regarding this credit card. Do a search on the forum. Best of luck!!!

i only pay down to $1 and leave it. I always pay before due date so i am sure it still report $1 or minimum due $1. As long i charge more than $1 (starbucks) and pay more than $1 (before due date) I always get my $30 every 3 months - $120 a year and always reports $1 to credit bureaus. Never tried $0.50 or $0.1wonder what that would look like on my credit report or still counts towards ''too many accounts with balances.'' which is what i hate about having BBR...
Does it have to report a balance every month in order to be eligible for cash back? I believe the verbiage states you have to pay on time and more than the minimum payment each month to be eligible for the $25 cash back. An additional $5 each quarter if you have a BOA checking or savings account. Best of luck!!!
Congratulations!

when i left my Better Balance Rewards $0 each month i never gotten $30. Only when i leave $1 so i would say yes it needs to have a balance reported. You can charge $50 while $1 is due and pay $49 before the due date and still report $1 and still earn $30 because $49 is more than $1, more than minium due. Or just use it at starbucks or something. I use it for 10% cash back bankameri deals.
