BOA CLI is now 50K SL

Hey guys,

I just did another CLI a few days ago and I requested 50K. It was an instant soft pull approval. Started out with 3K last September and now it's my biggest limit on my personal Credit profile. I'm done asking for anymore increases. I did this every 90 days and it worked every single time.

Just FYI, I used this card every month and pay in full before the statement date ends. The CLI will work imo as long as you have your balance under 10 percent. I personally like to keep a zero balance on this card.

I'm working towards a 4 card setup with BoA, and am only 2 in, so I don't want to jack the limits too high on them yet since BOA has a hard cap to the total limit across all personal cards they will grant.

Back to gardening until Late February 2026.

The $99.9K cap isn't absolute, they will waive it for someone they view as a high-value client and we've had multiple members here who have done it with at least 1 at $150K+.

Congrats to the OP on such large growth on the card so fast!

I don't think there is much of a chance of BoA ever viewing me as a "high value" client any time soon!😏
I should hit the Diamond Prefered Rewards tier by the time I mostly retire in 6-9 years, but I'm not what is considered "high income."
