BOA CLI recon

i just asked for a CL on my boa card ($500 limit), requested $6k online and was given $1600.

is there a # i can call for recon at this hour?  if i call tomorrow, will they use the same HP for recon or they will hp me again?

current cards limit

$6K is a bit of a stretch if you don't currently have any other CCs with similar CLs or even the average of your combined CLs.  You can contact the U/W or analyst number listed on the backdoor numbers sticky and see if your CLI request can be re-reviewed (provided your profile supports it).  Typically, the same HP will be used.

They will use the same HP for 30 days (make sure you specifically ask to use the same HP, just in case).

Call 866-618-4585 to speak with an analyst. They will use the same HP for 30 days but as noted, you should always confirm this with the analyst to be sure they don't pull another report. Just say you would like them to manually review a CLI that has already been submitted online. 

They will read a disclosure and ask for income, housing payment, assets, etc.

i am under 2 AU cards, 5k and 12k, will that give me a better chance for higher CL

BofA doesn't take them into consideration as far as I know unless hey have changed.

Every positive thing on your credit report will help. When they ask again what you would like your limit to be I suggest asking for $10k though. More room for a counter to the $6k you actually want.

ETA: I should also note that BofA was the first lender to give me a $10k CL. My highest limit reporting was my QS1 at $2,300. I had my BCE AU account reporting $6k at the time as well.

Shoot for the stars! You've already taken the HP. The worst they can say is no!

Wish I could answer your question, but can't wait to see your results! Gf might have to recon a 2k to 8k jump so I'd like to know

I would ask them to consider $6k and hopefully you get $5k but more likely they'll give you $2500. Regardless of what they do on the call, give it another 6 months and they'll most likely double your limit. You actually did well when you think about it, you got over 3x CLI just on the computer.
