BOA Custom Rewards Approval

I applied for the BOA Custom Rewards Visa on June 9, 2021. I got the application under review message.

I opened a BOA checking and savings account on June 10, 2021. Three weeks went by, and I still was getting

the application under review message. I called them on July 1, and they referred me to the fraud department to

verify my identity. Once it was verified, they told me I would here something in 7-10 days. On July 2, 2021 I received

an email stating I was approved for the card. It didn't state a credit limit or APR. Tonight when I checked my BOA account

online the credit card was listed there. I was approved for $13000. Promo: $200 on first $1k spend and introductory 0% APR for your first 15 billing cycles for purchases, and for any balance transfers made within 60 days of opening your account. I got my 1st CC in November of 2020. It was the Discover Chrome It. I have 6 cards now so I will take a break from applying for credit. It has been a good starting run.

That approval was certainly worth the wait, whew, 13K is a fantastic SL.
