BOA Premium Rewards 21k Approval

Normally I don't post in this section, but I have taken a leave of absense from Facebook and have some extra time on my hands. Approved this past Thursday instantly for $21,000. Now, the approval amount is nothing spectacular, but the part I find interesting is that I have another BOA card with a 65k limit. I figured I would have to transfer some limit over to the new card to get an approval, but nope. The original card limit stayed intact.
