BOA approval.... Partially Secured

I got tricked into applying.LOL.....  I was doing some normal banking in the drive thru today and the teller said that there was a personal banker inside that wanted to go over my account and asked if I would come in for a few minutes. She reviewed my account and everything was in good standing no NSF fee etc... She asked about my credit and what type of credit I had. I told her I recently went on a app spree. Named off a few of my new cards and she asked why I didn't have a BOA card in the mix. I told her that everytime I go online and try out the pre-qualify screening I don't get pre-qualified for anything. So she said I should still apply and If I was to get denied that I could come back to the bank and basically she would "recon" with me. I was like sure okay. I was approved for a Bankamericard Visa Card 15 months 0% interest $99 deposit $500 credit limit. I'm starting to rebuild my credit so $500 is a good starting point for me. One of these days I'm going to the garden and stay I'm headed that way. I need to let my credit score bounce back from all the new TL and inquires.

Congrats on the approval! I didn't even know that BofA still offer the 99/500 BankAmericard still! Make sure you to treat that card nice as BofA will return the favor in a year or so.

Thanks for the tip. I plan to treat this card really good. I know how BOA is and would hate to mess up my account with them over a credit card. Hopefully this time next year I will have graduated and get a CLI.
