I had not reached out to Barclay in a couple of years...I requested $10K, they countered with $4K and gave me a call to let me know. How's that for customer service. 
$20K to $24K -- for a card I hardly use and whose benefits are "meh"

Admittedly, I'm in the same boat...it doesn't see much use and I was always under the impression that CLI's were HP. Did you experience that?
You inspired me so I asked on my account too. I'm sitting at $28,000 and my last CLI was about 4 years ago. I got notification that a TU pull was blocked so we'll see if they approve it anyhow. Thanks for the heads up!
