It's interesting that some cards like Walmart, which is supposed to be fairly easy, denied me for an increase but then Barclay's almost doubles my CL and is the highest that I have now. But, this is a good example of what people on here have said, make your payments, give it time and good things will happen.
I don't know if it's a coincidence or not but in the last two weeks I've received a no interest offer for the iPhone 5 from Barclays and also 3 checks that can be used for cash or balance transfers. First time receiving anything like that from them and then I see a CLI.

Every 6 months they do a review. Any CLI request they do a manual review if not instant approved.

Nope, if there is any SP CLI luv it is auto luv, Any request for CLI's is HP.
when i got my welcome email from barclay, it said after 5 months my account will be reviewed for cli...i think their auto reviews are sp, just like it's been mentioned here
edit: email says: remember after 5 on-time payments your account will be reviewed for credit limit increase
