Barclay CLI via old fashioned HP

I got some auto luv to the tune of a 2x increase earlier this month. Last night I decided to request a CLI before the csp and auto loan start reporting. The online request gave me a 7-10 day message but it was only a SP. I figured it was straight HP.

Anyways, called recon this morning and asked to be moved from 2.3k to 4k. Approved for 4k. Wasn't sure I'd get it given they JUST bumped it up 3 weeks ago. Barclays has been fairly generous to a lot of folks the last few weeks

That's a nice increase for sure. Congrats.  I've always been shy of asking for a CLI. They have given me auto CLI's at 6 month intervals over the past three years, and I am almost double my original CL of 11.5K. When I get my util. <30% I might get a little more aggressive.

Wow so you're up around 20k...I wouldn't even bother if they're doing it like clockwork

Re: Barclay CLI via old fashioned HP

Is there another recon number to request cli? the only one I've used is 866-408-4064. This is the number that they seemed to be open from 8-5 it seems.

Re: Barclay CLI via old fashioned HP

@datrucking...that's the number I used today. Tried to call 11p CST last night and they were closed. There is a 24/7 UW number listed in the stickies but I've never used it.

Guydiver that's more than all my CL combined lol. I'm over here all happy about going from 1k-4k in 3 weeks Smiley Happy

Thanks pit!

Re: Barclay CLI via old fashioned HP

Thanks!

I'll be saving this number and try to get a CLI in about 5 months. I don't think I'll get one right now since I just got one last month and I was able to just get the analyst to cough up another $750. Going to use this card heavily and pif. Also my NFL card is still hot out of the oven so going to let that one grow too and hopefully get an auto luv in six months.
