Barclay Recon Approved!! Question about Cap One

So excited! On a whim I called both Barclay and Care Credit and got both credit limits increased. The Care Credit was all from the automated system (from $500 limit to $3000 limit!) and the Barclay from $2000 to $4000!! I was initially declined for the Barclay, but then called the backdoor number and got approved right away. This is so insane!!

I also requested a Capital One increase online, but got the normal "you will get a letter in the mail" response. Does anyone have a number I can call to recon that?

THANK YOU!! So pumped. Will this help my credit score at all?

THANK YOU!! So pumped. Will this help my credit score at all? It will help in the utilization category, if you are carrying balances will drop util percentage.

Congrats on your CLIs, with Cap-1 just email the EO and ask them for your CLI.

which barclay card do you have and how long have you had it. I received a pretty low credit limit once approved. I definitely want a higher credit limit. If not, I dont plan to keep the card too long

If you find out that carecredit pull HP on TU I would call back and ask for another CLI for $20k and get the system counter to the max... if you were one of the lucky ones to get the sp cli then leave alone for a bit.
