Barclay Recon

Hi fico family, 

I mostly lurk around the boards most of the time but I wantedito share the good news.  I applied for a barclay rewards mc last night and received the "will notify you within 10 day" message.   But after reading so many good stories about recons with barclay, I decided to give it a try this morning.  I called recon number listed on site and spoke with a very nice rep who approved me for     750.00!!!!!   I was ecstatic!!!!  This is a milestone for me as I've had credit issues in the past.  I'm optimistic and things are looking better.  thanks to everyone who takes the time to post and keep the forums going!!

WTG!  Congrats.  Be good to them and they'll be good to you.  Barclays was one of my first secured cards in March 2013 and they started me out at $500.  Within one year I was at 11.7k with them.  Continue your rebuild and you'll soar upwards higher and higher.

Congrats....i went from about 537 to 719 in about two years time.  Be patient and you will prevail!
