Made a post last night about being approved for the WF Active Cash - decided to do one final app after learning the Uber card is going to be force product changed in October. ![]()
Approved for the Barclays AARP Travel Rewards card with a $9k SL, 812 FICO, 4 INQ at time of app on TU.
As much as I dislike Barclays, 3% on airfare, hotels, and rental cars with no AF is fine by me after being denied for the WF Propel twice.
Will have 3 new cards reporting in the next month or so, and am up to 7 this year.
Call me Farmer John, because I'm off to the garden. ![]()
Congrats on the Barclays AARP Approval ! ![]()
Congrats on the additional approval @PNW_Hunter
That's a good rewards structure and I believe that particular card has additional benefits because of AARP. Be sure to check those out too!

They can think whatever they want because as far as you're concerned you're getting a little extra back just for doing what you'd already do. That, to me, is always a win!
Congratulations on your approval!!
Congratulation Farmer John😎
