I looked around on the board and missed this before I pulled the trigger, but FYI, Barclays Luv Button is a HP.  at least I got the CLI.

It seems like it may only be a HP on approval.  I get credit score alerts from my Barclays Rewards account, sometimes several times/month.  I used the Luv Button and requested a $7k increase on 11/4, which was given the 10 day message, when the last score update was 10/31.  I called for a recon, we had a nice conversation, they asked about some of the baddies on my report, and approved me for an increase to $5k.  I got the HP notification the next day (only 1).  When the letters came in, the declined letter had a score date of 10/31 (the last soft pull), the approval had a date of 11/4 with a slightly higher score.  It looks like they didn't HP until I called in to recon and got approved, albeit at a lower amount.  As always, YMMV.
