I called their 24 hour customer service line. I was approved for $600 MC and called the next morning on a Sunday. Spoke to a nice rep and asked for an increase to $2k because I do some scuba diving trips and wanted to use my card for those trips. They asked a few questions, brief hold and came back with an offer to go to $1k if it would help me. I thanked them and accepted the offer. A couple of weeks later I apped for their Apple (was a card on my bucket list) was asked what I wanted for a limit and I said $2k. Instant approval and got it. I pay bills with the rewards card and get the 1.5% cash back. Letting it build a bit then will cash it in one day.
