I'm am wondering if calling in to increase upon card arrival CLI still works?

I'd recommend either trying online for a CLI, or talking to autolady - not to an actual live Comenity rep, as that might result in either a HP or in drawing unneeded scrutiny to your account. Good luck!

You should be able to call in and ask the robo lady. Just give your SS# and don't give a specific amount.

I been calling but seems the only options I get is to talk to the Ny location or customer service. It seems no option for a robo lady. Guess I will see if the card comes today and try again. Maybe I need to register the card first to get the robo lady option. I thought I would since I registered online already.
