Barneys HUGE CLI!! Thanks Pizza1!!!!

Got my Barneys New York card today and followed Pizza1's info in her recent thread and took my $750 starting CL to $10,900 in one 30 minute phone call. My increments were $350 each before I got the 7-10 day message. Wow! This is crazy!

Could you mind sharing the details?

I got my card yesterday, but when I call in, press 1 to speak to somebody and it goes to the lady who asks what I'm calling about, I say "credit limit increase", she says "ok, but to verify the account I need the last 4 of your social".

Then bam, everytime "hold on let me transfer you to someone who can help".

Does this process go differently when you call in?

It did. When I got beyond the "last 4 of social" prompt it then went to the income question and then the "if you had a specific amount" question.  Did you register your card on the website before calling in? I did that first.

Ya I called first and then I registered, then tried calling again.

I think I may just go through with the phone call and ask to "activate my card", to make sure its not some verification thing that keeps sending me to the CSR haha,

I'll post results soon, I have an 8 hour drive ahead of me.
