Best buy cli - *UPDATE* Approved

On March 3, I ask for a Best Buy visa Cli online. And I receive the following e-mail:

"A credit line increase was requested on 03/03/2021. We will contact you via email with our decision within 2-4 hours"

Its already three days and I do not receive any answer from them and I check my account online I still with the same SL

Is this denial?

More than likely.  Unless the letter you receive states otherwise (e.g. ID verification or additional information required if CRs locked, for example).  So, if your CL doesn't change in a week, then it was denied.

OP, did you have your reports on ice? That message tends to show up if you’ve applied for your reports frozen. If they have indeed pulled your credit and you still haven’t received an increase, then as @FinStar mentioned, it’s a good chance that it’s a denial.

Update : I called them today. they did not found my request on their system.

So I had to do it again by the phone, and they approved my Cli.
