I did some further analysis based on my anticipated travels and it's potential usage and so I settled on a more modest amount and that's kind of where $70K seemed adequate.
$70k is reasonable for your travels? Where are you going and can you stuff me in your luggage so I can come along for the ride?
...do you even need to stuff me in your luggage or will I be able to comfortably lay down?

Well, I want to fly with Jennifer Anniston lol! J/K... And yes, you would be able to fly comfortably laying down and not in the luggage 8ottaway ![]()
Ok, so not including mileage redemptions for 4 adults on Emirates business class comes roughly around $27K from NY to Dubai.
Awesome approval! I joined UNFCU and opened checking & savings accounts with my eye on that Elite card. I'm assuming the best strategy would be wait for the file to be completely clean before applying.
I'd love to fly with Jen Ann. and arrive to our waiting limos at the airport. perfect! lol
HOLY CRAP. Congratulations, Finstar!!! My heart is racing just thinking about having that kind of limit!!!
What percentage of your income is that 70K? I wonder if I'd luck out with something that high if I app'd. ![]()
Congrats FinStar. Very nice approvals, especially the UNFCU one. I'm envious.
Holy Crap! Congratulations!
I'll just be over here in the corner with my high-sl of a $5k USAA approval for the next 3-4 years while my reports clean up.
