I tried to apply for Blispay last week and received a letter stating that "Unable to verify my identity".
So I called credit solution and been told that I need to fax utility bill, driver license, and social security card.
Since I live with my parents, and don't have any utility bill under my name.
Is there a way that I can process with without an utility bill?
