After seeing reports of the CLI link back on BoA cards ...sure enough first time in at least a year or two that I've had the link available on my cards, so i sumultaneasly asked for CLI's on both of my BoA cards.
*Cash 123
- Was $20.9K, asked for $35.0K
_Got 5day(ish) message, maybe 6 hours later in the middle of the night email saying approved.
*Premium Rewards
- Was $60.0K, asked for $75.0K
- Got 5day(ish) message, now 12ish hours later nothing ...still at $60.0K ....so I'm not optimistic of CLI on this card.
This new Cash123 CLI puts me at a total of $95.0K with BoA. Rumors that it's tough to get past $99.9k, and I'm no rockstar so I may have got about as far as I'll get(?).
I have dozen year+ history with BoA, but I don't put much on these cards, especially lately and I've slowly been transitioning basic banking to NFCU so my checking activity is steadily declining.

Grats on your move up 
I requested CLI on my second CR card 45 days or so after my first request was approved and it was denied for an account already having a recent adjustment in its CL. The fact you have 95K already available they are not willing to give more on the second card until you use the new limit on your other card for awhile.
