Congrats! BOA can be a friend or foe if you read around here enough. I gave them a 2nd chance 2 years ago and they've been easy to deal with and grown to be my top CL matching Chase.
You didn't list your balances vs CL but mentioned 29% and that's not the best for improving your odds when you apply for things. Ideally you wan to be under 10% reporting on 1 card.
Also, Cap1.... It's good that you're diversifying now before you get too deep into your history. Those cards probably won't be growing very much unless you're putting some serious spend on them and hoping they're not bucketed. I would close the Secured one at this point if it's from 2014 as you said it's not going to graduate and use the $500 on something you want instead of giving them a free loan.
I would check Amex out either ED/BCE could be a good starter card with them to diversify things a bit more. They both grow well as your scores go upwards.
If you haven't been hitting the CLI button Disco you should start hitting it monthly just to collect the higher CL's as they become available.
BOA is a SP like Disco as well but, the link to CLI only shows up every couple of months and if you don't time it to 91 days or longer it'll just deny you until enough time has passed. Ask for 100K and it will counter back with what they're going to let you have.
Depending on where you live there are some hidden gems that might be available to you as well.
Congratulations! Treat them well and they will return the favor.
If you look online under Accounts -> Account Details and see a "Request a credit line increase", usually after about 3 months, they deem you eligible to request a CLI. A CLI request triggers a SP from TU.
Congratulations on your new card
