So much for the garden... 
I closed on a house (and had a little mini spree thereafter) a couple months ago, went into the garden, and then yesterday got a mailer for the BoA Customized Cash Rewards with a SUB of $200 on $1k spend. (Pre-selected)
The mailer did NOT have a set APR, instead having a range large enough to span the earth. Nevertheless, reports here and elsewhere are that the BoA pre-selected 'part of a firm offer of credit' mailers are pretty solid led me to pull the trigger, obtaining an instant approval with SL of $17k. HP was EX, and I'm in Texas.
The SUB matches the website generally offered one, so this was no huge lure, but BoA and Chase have been on my bucket list. I have been waiting to apply for both, as my profile shows a lot of inquires (most are from mortgage pulls) and a few new accounts. New accounts = Mortgage (2 months), 2 Personal Loan (1 @ 2 months, 1 @ 7 months), 3 Cards (2 @ 2 months, 1 @ 12 months).
Rest of the data points = sig info is current, but I did not recalculate the lower utilization with this card addition.

Congrats! While SLs can be random with this particular card there are a few figures that come up fairly regularly, and $17K is the highest of all of them. I'm sure you realize that if you treat the card well it can grow significantly.
