Just received this email as well for my Firestone card. No increase as I've been stuck @ $3200 for a couple years now. Good to know that I'm no longer stuck using this card at Firestone only.

If anyone is wondering why they haven't received their card yet; they are issuing starting in the south-east (Florida, Georgia) and then working North and West.
