First time posting here. Been reading & soaking up all the wonderful information on the forums. Thank you to everyone for all the useful and very helpful hints. Had 3 CLI success stories:
- Approved for Crate & Barrel on Monday for $1500. Called today and asked for $4,000. CSR said she would submit it as a "big ticket request" and it was approved.
- Approved for Z Gallerie a week ago (app'd) $5500. Couldn't get the luv button to even work once registering the account. Haven't received the card in mail yet but called the auto line and requested increase & got $6250... tried again then 7-10 message.
- In Sept applied for Lowes online and got $800. After reading on here CLI success stories with the online chat I tried that (previously hit the luv button only to receive the letter in mail stating account to new). Through the chat I told them I just closed on my home in Sept and needed to do renovations and had other accounts with the same bank with much higher limits. CSR asked if I had a specific amount and I stated $5,000.... after several minutes he came back and said approved!
- Also received pop up for Overstock last week. Accepted and got $4,400. Registered immediately online hit luv button and went to $4,800 befor 7-10 day message.
Now definitely time to Garden.
