Out of curiosity, did the BoA SP occur with the online luv button, or did you call in to a CSR? I'm hoping to go for my first CLI on my BoA CR since I got the card March 2019.

I went online with the luv button. If you have the button online, I would say use that first. If not, call into a CSR and confirm if it is a soft pull. The worst they can say is no
