Not a bad day, got a CLI from 3k to 7.5k from Chase on the SW Premier card. They denied me at first and it took a little while on the phone, but eventually it came through. They still piss me off with their "customer score" system. Guy on the phone says "oh we don't go off of the FICO score" and I'm like, well, you sure as hell report to it and do a HP every time I talk to you! For the record, I have zero late payments, <$100 balance on the card and have been a customer for over 4 years with no CLI.
Called NFCU and they reduced my APR from 12.24 to 10.24 on my nRweards MC. Smooth as silk, lovely CS.
