CLI's Today!

As I was reading the forums today, I noticed that many people were receiving CLI's on their cards... so I thought I'd give it a go.

I was successful!

I received a CLI on both my Discover IT and AMEX BCE. 

Discover went from $4800 to $5800. I also got them to lower my APR, which is now 12.99%!

AMEX went from $10400 to the requested CLI amount of $20000. The current APR is 0%, but that is expiring on this statement cycle (and will revert to 20.24%). I switched my Blue Cash to BCE, hence the weird APR. 

Do you all think I should ask for an APR decrease right now, or should I wait and do that next month after the 0% intro rate expires?

EDIT: Since I was on a roll, I decided for Capital One QS CLI as well. No dice as of yet. I received the following message. Does that mean it was denied?
