Re: CSP Approval Odds

@Nixon I'm pretty excited. I wanted to get it for a while, but figured now would be the best time since my two new Amex cards haven't reported yet. I'm throwing a birthday party for my 90 year old grandma at a South Florida restaurant next month, so I'm hoping to hit that minumum spend and get the 2X dining points in one shot.

Now the real question is if I should jump on the Venture bandwagon... I just don't want Amex or Chase to get spooked with all of the new accounts.

Re: CSP Approval Odds

I have no use for the Venture card now, but I am getting married in 2016 and paying for the wedding myself. Having a high limit card could come in handy when dealing with the growing cost of flowers and all of the other stuff that my finance wants. A high limit card could help just in case.

Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to update that I called the credit analysts this morning. They sent me right over to the Fraud department. I had to answer the typical address verification questions, and then I was instantly approved for 8K! My second highest CL to date. I'm glad I didn't have to recon and try to BS why I had so many new acconts and inquries. This forum really is such a great resource. Thank you for all your help!

Congrats on the CSP approval ... glad it worked out!
