CSP Approval

I had been gardening for quite a while (was at 1/24), but decided I couldn't pass up the 100k bonus points SUB for the CSP, especially with such a reasonable annual fee that I can easily offset. Did the preapproval tool and was told I was pre-approved and eligible for the  SUB. Instant approval for 24.5k SL. This is my first Chase card (other than AU) and I have never banked with them either. Now excited to decide how I'm going to use my bonus points! Relevant credit details below:
