Amex is going to be an EX pull, so they might have something for you, depending on what you consider a good SUB and what you already have with them.  Just keep in mind that Chase will SP your reports for a few months and doesn't like to see too many other new accounts.  Also you'll want to make sure that your spend can meet the second SUB, on top of the $4k for the CSP.

True, that's something to think about. 

Amex did send me an upgrade offer on Amex BCE to BCP for a $150 bonus and 1st-year fee waiver. Not sure, whether Amex forgot or not. I did the same upgrade BCE to BCP 3 years back and got the bonus and cancelled the BCP card after 1 year.
