Cap 1 CLI - Pleasantly Surprised...

I'll try to keep this brief, I hate reading a wall of text, so you probably do too.

- Accidently went over limit due to letting charge hit, big oops.

- Thought I had opted out of OTL

- Contacted support, then EO because thought I had OTL turned off.

- Wanted to retain eligibility for CLI within Steps program

- EO suggested a manual CLI request.  Against my better judgement, because the account is still relatively new, I said OK.

- Pleasantly surprised, increased from $1000 to 1500 on my business card with only a soft pull.

Gotta say, I'm really starting to like Cap 1, they've been very good to me.

Oh, and very nicely done as well.   As long as those "oopsies" are not frequent, then you're generaly in good shape.

And definitely watching closer as far as the limits go.  I freaked out when I realized what happened and just payed the whole thing off hoping the payment would hit before the charge settled, but to no avail.
