Cap 1 GM Buy Power CLI confusion. Approved??

I was approved for this card a few months ago, although it is a World Elite Mastercard I was only approved for $3000. Since I opened the account I've checked weekly online for a Credit Limit Increase option but there never was one until about 2 weeks back. Finally. So naturally I hit the button and followed the steps, I said I needed to transfer a $7,500 balance over to it in hopes of getting a decent increase. Long story short I got the 7 to 10 day message and today I got two letters in the mail with two VERY different outcomes both dated the same day. Whats up with this?

To top it off my limit online still only says its $3k. I sent them a message just a bit ago asking them why my limit hasn't been corrected yet, hopefully they up it to the $8k like one of the letters states it will be. Not cool Capital one, not cool

Since you have a reference number hopefully that'll help you get this fixed.  I'd be interested to hear the outcome.

I just hit CLI button for GM BuyPower Gard. I got the same message. Did they pull HP?

They did Ron unfortunately. For me they pulled TU though which I don't mind at all, with that said my EX is frozen.

I was expecting them to pull my EQ too because thats what they pulled when I was approved for the card originally. But I check all 3 bureaus daily and the only one they pulled was TU.

Yeah, I checked my reports an hour after I applied for the increase and it was there.
