I keep getting rejected for CLIs for Apple Card and Paypal MC due to my profile. I had seen some data points of Capital One giving a decent CLI after 180 days of card opening with heavy usage so my plan was to use it as my primary for the first few months in hopes to get a decent increase on it, I really wanted to get that card to a $10k limit. Since opening the account I had been using it for all of my spend and had put about $600 on it in total so far. Last week I was looking through the app and found the spot to ask for a CLI. I filled out the request and asked for an additional $5,000 thinking it would surely be denied as the card is less than a month old and couldn't believe it when it immediately came back and told me the limit was now $10,000. I don't know how or why I was able to get them to double my limit in less than 30 days, but they did.
Almost unbelieveable lol but congrats to you, thats awesome.
Today was day 360, and they countered me with $600 😂
