So nothing huge, but I've been putting so much spend through this card and making $250 payments 3x per month--had hit the CLI button many times having this card for about 8 months now and no dice. So I just gave up. Got a random email tonight from Capital One that says:
"Here’s a high five to your responsible credit-building journey! We’ve increased your credit line for your Capital One Walmart Rewards® Card ending in 2692 from $300 to $550."
So glad that this card MIGHT have the potential see at least a 1K CL at some point within the next decade
Given the current economic climate and all
But you know what's better than the CLI? Not having to login one less time each month to make a PIF haha.
Data Points: FICO scores are all around 680 with a BK7 about 4.5 years ago. All reports are frozen as well at the moment, so not used if they even used data or just got tired of processing my payments (maybe they have access since we have a business relationship). Util on other cards is higher than I'd like it to be, but like a lot of folks--my hours have been cut and using my cards to skate by until hours pick back up again. Hope this helps someone.

They blessed you with a $250 CLI, that's bordering on miracle status. 😂

Congratulations on your Increase!!!
Congrats on the increase.
Starting FICO 8s | 06/2018: EX 601 ✦ EQ 605 ✦ TU 590

Congratulations on your auto increase!
God Walmart made a huge mistake giving Cap-1 their card business. Never seen so many low limits as Cap-1 gives people over Synchrony. Grats on the CLI ![]()
Congrats on your CLI. Cap1 is rather sluggish and stingy when it comes to CLIs, so you're doing something right!

Difference is as clear as night to day @gdale6.
When i had Walmart, as others, when it WAS a synchrony card it was a not uncommon start line approval from $5 to $10K!
Congrats OP for seeing a NUDGE up from it's original start line.
Congrats on the approval!
