Cap1 Auto CLI. Out of bucket?

Just got an email from cap1 raising my credit limit. $800-$2,300. 

Initially started with a $500 platinum April 2022. PC to QS and auto luv to $800 in October. I haven't even had this card a year yet. 

Scores have increase from low 600s to high 600 since having card. The past few months I've only used this card for a reoccurring $20 charge and as the card to report for AZEO.

Congrats! Over the last 3 months, a lot of people have reported large CLIs from Cap1. Maybe the bucket is going away, or at least changing significantly.
