So, I decided to try the online chat and sucessfully upgraded my Cap1 MC (my original rebuild card) to a Quicksilver World MC. Only a few additional benefits and the 1.5%, but most importantly, no annual fee.

I just did the same thing through chat and got the QuickSilver card. Not sure if it's the World, and the only extra perk was the 1.5% cash back.

I just did the same transaction; upgraded my starter PLAT Card to Quicksilver over the chat line. I have had the CAP1 starter card 6 months now with a $1K CL. I charged over $11k on the card over the first 6 statements and carried no balance due each month as I paid the card in full. They automatically gave me a CLI to $5K today
